  • • 1 cup roasted cashews
  • • 1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries
  • • 1 large apple, thinly sliced
  • • 1 large pear, thinly sliced

 

Directions:   

1. Prepare all ingredients.

2. Combine salad ingredients in a bowl, then lightly mix.

3. Serve with your favorite salad dressing.
